We all love a good love story; I know I do. But fair warning, I won’t be going down in the history books as a one of the great writers of our time (my high school English teachers are sipping their tea in disappointment).

I always had my head in the clouds as a kid, dreaming of the perfect love story and falling in love myself. I never let on how much I enjoyed watching love stories, but secretly enjoyed watching Love Actually, Notting Hill and even Gilmore Girls with my mum as a teenager. I’m very thankful to have found my own love story with my wife Mel (she’s a hottie and I’m punching above my weight). I have found it incredibly rewarding to continue to witness so many others’ love stories with my camera but more than that I’ve felt those stories in my heart.
